We are available in the gym to assist you during the staffed hours shown below. During these hours we can set up a membership for you in the gym, let people in to buy a day pass, provide an induction to help get you started using our equipment. If you have the Wow membership or Epic membership you can use your visitor passes during our staffed hours.

Sunday         No staffed hours on Sunday
